Leighton Bycroft, Managing Director
Leighton has been in the signage industry for over 20 years starting as an apprentice from leaving school and progressing through the ranks to finally becoming his own boss in 1998 when he purchased Signcraftsmen Ltd. Leighton's easy going nature and positive can-do attitude makes him well respected by his team and clients alike.
Leighton is a keen car enthusiast and can often be seen around Auckland driving the company’s "Golden Holden" - a burnt orange 1974 Holden Kingswood station wagon!
Paul Woolright, Project Manager
With more than 40 years of sign writing experience, including 15 years based in Central London (working throughout the UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Dubai and Lebanon) Paul’s knowledge and creative style blends the traditional art of sign writing with contemporary design and materials to produce unique and individual signage.
Paul is also a very talented musician; he has been described on music websites as a "legendary New Zealand bass player" and is currently bass player for the iconic kiwi band Hello Sailor.
Warwick Lowis, Project Manager
A registered Architect for 30 years up to 2006, Warwick has extensive corporate contracting and project management experience including 13 years in the signage industry. His attention to detail and comprehensive approach to design excellence makes him an invaluable member of the team.
In his spare time, Warwick enjoys the great outdoors in particular cycling (slowly) and skiing (badly)!
Murray Robertson, Project Manager
An experience Project Manager & General Manager, Murray's extensive business experience enables him to interact effectively with Marketing & Management teams to bring together some of our most complex projects. Murray is a keen recreational sportsman & family man who likes to wind down from the pace of weekday life by meticulously mowing straight lines in his paddocks at home. Murray is also the proud owner of the shiniest ride-on mower north of the bridge!
Rob Knight, Production Manager
Highly skilled and knowledgeable in the manufacturing area and with over 20 years in the industry (from apprentice to head of manufacturing) Rob’s practical experience is a key element in the company’s production process.
Outside work, Rob thrives on the thrill of wake boarding and is known to spend many hours on the weekend being towed around a lake – all year round, rain hail or shine!
